resepi cheesecake super fluffy and simple















the ingredient


200gm cream cheese
200ml milk
4 eggs
50gm flour
1 lemon
80gm sugar


for this cheesecake, your gonna need 2 different cake batter, A and B




for ingredient A


200gm cream cheese
200ml milk
4 egg yolks
50g flour
a lemon

first, warm up cream cheese in microwave for 30 second. but you can also warm it up using double boiling method.. this is to make sure your cheese is soften,

and then you add 200ml of milk.. any brand should be okay, but your cake gonna smell and taste like your milk a lil bit


seperate all the the egg yolk (put the white egg into freezer)  and mix into the cheese and milk

mix all of them

and then after nicely mix, add 50gm of flour into it, add lemon juice and then strain it

lastly add lemon zest




for ingredient B


4white egg
80gm sugar

whisk all the white eggs until it fluffy

add 80gm of sugar into 3 parts

whisk until the ingredient become a little solid



and the fun part........ beginnn



line 18cm round cake mold with the parchment paper that have been spread with butter

mix ingredient A and B together into the container

get ready to bake in a water bath at   285f / 145c' at 40 minutes or 250f / 150c' at 20 minutes



after that let it chill for a while and you can enjoy the super fluffy cake and delicious



to make it easier to understand,

ingredient A

200gm warmup cheese + 200ml milk + 80gm flour + 4 egg yolk + lemon juice = stir and strained together + lemon zest

ingredient B

4 white egg from freezer + 80gm of sugar with 3 parts. whisk all together ingredient B until it fluffy and become solid

mix all the ingredient and bake
