*300gm of dark chocolate Beryl’s ( you can use any brand you like, but i choose Beryl’s because it is my favourite brand and super delicious)
*100gm of anchor salted butter
Ingredient B
-3 gred A eggs
-100gm of sugar
-1 small spoon of vanilla essence
-125gm of flour
-150gm milk chocolate coins Beryl’s
Direction
Double boil 300gm of dark chocolate and salted butter
then let it chill for 5min
Add 100gm of sugar and whisk it using hand whisk
Add 3 eggs and vanilla essence and whisk until they are nicely mix all together
After that add 125gm of flour little by little into the batter
Mix all of the ingredient using hand whisk to make sure your batter nicely mix
Lastly add a lot of chocolate coins and
mix them all together roughly
Before you put the batter into the tray, spread butter to baking paper
Your batter is ready to bake for 30-40 at 180c’
To make it easy
Double boiled 100gm butter and 300gm dark chocholate
+100gm of sugar + 3 eggs + vanilla essence + 125gm flour
= mix all together +150gm chocolate coins
And your ready to BAKE!!!
